widely both in the U.S. and in Europe. Both are
published by Mel Bay Publications and both have won many awards.
They have recorded twelve albums together plus Linda has published

is one of the most
respected and well-known Appalachian musicians. She and husband
Bob Bence will be with us in Hillsboro in 2006. Their website is

tour schedule have helped her carry her Appalachian heritage into the
future. She has appeared on stage with the Statler Brothers,
Debbie Reynolds, Bill Monroe, Allison Kraus, John Hartford, and a host
of others. In addition to the U.S., Kendra and Bob have also
toured England, Scotland, and Wales. |

(www.rthum.com) both manufactures and plays hammered dulcimers,
traveling from his home in northern Jefferson County to festivals
all over the country. He has led our Friday
evening jam session several times as well as an impromptu jam
session at the end of the Sat. eve. concerts. Check out his website for

be on display and for sale at Autumn Acoustics and he has graciously

bride! By either name, she is a champion banjo and fiddle
player! Recently she has been organizing her own fiddle

Daniels have provided autoharp expertise at three Autumn
Acoustics festivals. Chuck's fix-it shop is always a favorite
and their unique performances are most entertaining. They come
from Mountain View, Arkansas, where Karen teaches autoharp in the
public schools. She has won Texas and International Autoharp
